Return Policy

We accept returns of products purchased online at www.editbyelaineturner.com or at Edit by Elaine Turner store location in Houston, Texas and shipped within the United States and Canada only.

Return Criteria:

1. A return request must be submitted for full priced merchandise within 14 days of purchase date.
2. All returns must be shipped out within 5 days of the return label being created to receive a full refund.
3. All full priced merchandise is eligible for a full refund as long as the merchandise is unused, unworn, and in good condition with original tags and packaging attached.
4. All sale merchandise 30% off or more are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or further price adjustments.
5. Holiday Return Policy: All purchases made now through Christmas can be returned through January 10th with either the original receipt or gift receipt for a store credit or full refund.
