In-Store Pickup

We know. You’re excited about your purchase. We get it. We’re excited for you! 

Here’s how it works. 

-You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup, typically within three hours.

-Ordered before 1 p.m.? Lucky you. Your order will be ready for pick up the same day. 

-Ordered after 1 p.m.? Your order will be ready the next morning after store opening at 10 a.m.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) and one of the following: a valid driver's license or passport.

We’re happy to see you. Let any available associate know you are picking up an online order and they will bring your purchases to you.

You have up to 72 hours to pick up your order. We know life is busy, so reach out to the store directly  to request an extension.

In a word–yes. Reach out to the store to let them know what day and time is best for you to pick up your order. If you can’t make it at all, our team can offer you other delivery options.

If you would like to cancel or return your order, please refer to our return policy.

Handbags & Small Goods

The leather used in the design of Edit by Elaine Turner handbags is specially chosen from the finest tanneries in Italy. Most of our leathers have been treated and are water and scratch-resistant. Should your handbag become wet, wipe gently dry with a soft cloth. For regular cleaning, a damp cloth and mild leather cream may be applied.

Edit by Elaine Turner will fix (or replace) free of charge any products that appear to have a manufacturer’s defect or malfunction. Defects/damages from excessive use or accidents may be coordinated for repair but could possibly require a repair fee through a third party repair service. Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards issued in the United States and select other countries: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

We accept credit cards issued in the United States and not the following select countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Central African Republic, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yugoslavia.

At the time you purchase, we preauthorize your order amount. This may result in a temporary hold on these funds in your account. For debit cards, these funds may remain in your account but be temporarily unavailable to use. For credit cards, you won't be charged but the amount may be temporarily deducted from your available line of credit. This authorization will be removed within 48 hours of your items being shipped.

We'll only charge you when your order ships. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, you will be charged per shipment.

Your bank controls the timing of authorizations and payments from your account. For details, check with your bank.

For your security, your billing name, address, and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

You can use paypal to pay for your order on katespade.com. Paypal enables you to securely send payments online with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or paypal account balance. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us, plus you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account. Paypal customer service representatives are available to assist you at 1-888-221-1161.

We accept Amazon Pay, simply select the option at checkout. You will be prompted to log in to your Amazon account to complete your purchase.
