The design and construction are beautiful and elegant!! I love the simplistic, yet differentiated design of the bag. The pink interior is chic and subtle. The leather is so soft. The Ali tote is a perfect size to hold a lot or a little (and great for a mom with young kids who needs to tote their things eloquently). It is perfect!

Colors were off

The blues on the website looked darker. In fact, when it came the blue was more turquoise. Didn’t match my outfit. There was no strap but there was 2 gold links to attach something.

We are so sorry to are unhappy with your recent Bella purchase. We recognize that colors can vary through online photography. We are more than willing to make this right through an exchange or return. Also, the gold chain strap is an add on to the Bella clutch and can be purchased in either a 24 or 40 inch strap length.
Please let us know how you want to move forward. We do not want you to keep a bag you are unhappy with.
