Return Policy

  • Full-price merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date or returned for a full refund.
  • Sale merchandise can be exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date or returned for a full refund.
  • Sale merchandise discounted by 50% or more is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
  • Only merchandise that is unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in good condition with the original tags still attached can be returned.
  • Footwear returns must be in the original condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Only returns of merchandise purchased directly from Elaine Turner stores or online at ElaineTurner.com will be accepted.
  • Shipping fees for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless a shipping error occurred.
  • Jewelry is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash at any time.
  • Merchandise purchased at "Elaine Turner Gives" events are eligible for exchange only.

 

Returns By Mail

Elaine Turner returns are completely hassle free.  Just follow these three easy steps and your refund will be on its way.

  1. Contact Customer Service at 1-877-599-PINK (7465) or customerservice@elaineturner.com  for a return authorization tracking number and pre-paid shipping label.
  2. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the original packaging and enclose the merchandise with tags still attached, along with the completed Returns and Exchanges form.
  3. Drop the package off at your local United States Postal Service office or a FedEx drop-off location

 

Refunds

A credit in the amount of the purchase price, less any applicable shipping charges, will be refunded back to the original payment method within 14 days. A fee of $5.00 will be deducted from the refund for the return shipping costs. Please allow 3 - 5 additional business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. To check the status of your return, please contact Customer Service at  1-877-599-PINK (7465) or customerservice@elaineturner.com.

 

Exchanges

To exchange a purchase for an alternative size, color, or another item altogether, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-599-PINK (7465) or customerservice@elaineturner.com for a return authorization tracking number and pre-paid FedEx shipping label.  There will not be any shipping charges associated with the exchange.  Please complete the Returns and Exchanges form provided in your shipment and follow the Returns By Mail instructions above.  The exchange will be processed within 14 days of receipt.  Please note that all exchanges are subject to inventory availability. 

 

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased online from ElaineTurner.com can be returned to any Elaine Turner store, free of charge.  New, full-price merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order delivery date.  Sale or discounted merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the order delivery date.  To return an item in store, present the original invoice or packing slip along with the unwashed, unworn merchandise with tags still attached. 

  • For exchanges, please note that the exchange is subject to inventory availability. 

Damaged Merchandise

Elaine Turner is not responsible for damages that occur during the care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear.  However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify Customer Service at 1-877-599-PINK (7465) or customerservice@elaineturner.com within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise.  Please keep the original box and packaging materials.  A FedEx return label will be provided for returning the damaged merchandise free of charge.  If a replacement can be located, it will be sent free of charge as soon as possible assuming that the returned merchandise has not been worn or washed and all tags remain attached.

 

Price Adjustments

Elaine Turner will honor a one-time price adjustment on items that are marked down within seven days of the purchase date.  Items not purchased at full-price, those purchased with a promotion code or discount, and final sale items are not eligible for a price adjustment.  To receive a price adjustment, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-599-PINK (7465) or customerservice@elaineturner.com or bring your original receipt, invoice, or packing slip to an Elaine Turner retail store.  If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
