At Elaine Turner, we pride ourselves on making products of the highest quality materials and with great attention to detail. We offer a one-year warranty on our handbags, shoes, jewelry, and small leather goods from the date of purchase and a lifetime of repair service. For any quality issues / manufacturing defects within this warranty timeframe, we will happily repair the product free of charge or offer an exchange of equal or lesser value.
Repair requests must be received within one year of purchase from our full-price retail locations (outlet excluded) or the Elaine Turner website with a copy of the original proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, packing slip, or credit card statement).
To initiate a warrantied repair, please bring the item to one of our Elaine Turner full-price retail stores or ship your item through an insured, traceable method with proof of purchase enclosed to the address below. Elaine Turner is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

To initiate a repair outside of the one-year warranty period, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-599-PINK (7465) or email@example.com. We will assess the item and should we believe it to be repairable, we will reach out with a repair quote. We will not proceed with the repair work until we have consent to do so, and payment will be due upon consent.
Please be aware that the typical turnaround time to process a repair is 2 – 6 weeks from the date received.
All merchandise returned for repair will be honored for defects in materials and / or workmanship issues, i.e. heel cap, hardware issues, zippers, leather, etc.
Elaine Turner does not cover repairs for normal wear and tear, i.e. ink stains, leather discoloration, denim color transfer, modifications to original product, etc. Instead, it is recommended to visit a leather care professional for restoration.

Repairs do not apply to products purchased from outside retailers, which include but are not limited to: Nordstrom Rack, Neiman Marcus Last Call, T.J. Maxx, HauteLook, and RueLaLa. Instead, we invite you to contact the retailer directly to facilitate a return.
