Return Policy

  • New, full price merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Sale merchandise or discounted merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase.
  • Items that are discounted 50% or more from the original price and/or items that have been monogrammed are considered a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time.
  • We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Footwear returns must be in the original condition.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
  • We only accept merchandise purchased from ElaineTurner.com or an Elaine Turner boutique (does not include Elaine Turner Outlet).
  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a FedEx label for returning the merchandise if necessary. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed, with all tags attached.
  • Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email customerservice@elaineturner.com or call 1-877-599-PINK (7465) to ensure that the new item is available. Indicate your order number and what item you wish to exchange in your message. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). Please make sure to note “exchange” on the return form. We will ship the exchange to you at our expense.

If you live near an Elaine Turner boutique, you may take your item directly to a retail store. Please print the emailed receipt and bring it with you.

Return via FedEx

Please fill out the enclosed return form and include it as well as the packing slip with the item you are returning. You may take your package to the nearest FedEx drop off location or contact FedEx directly in order to schedule a home pick-up. Use the enclosed pre-paid FedEx label or contact us to have a label sent via email.

If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise. No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted. Include a completed return form with the merchandise, otherwise processing will be delayed. Please package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

Return at an Elaine Turner Boutique

If you wish to return your item directly to a retail store, you may visit any free standing Elaine Turner boutique (does not include Elaine Turner Outlet). Please print the emailed receipt and bring it with you, as well as the credit card you used to place your order. Contact us at customerservice@elaineturner.com if you need a copy of the receipt emailed to you. We are not able to accept in-store returns for orders placed with PayPal at this time. Price Adjustments

Price adjustments can be made for full price merchandise marked down within 7 days of the date of purchase from ElaineTurner.com and Elaine Turner boutiques only. No price adjustments will be applied for previously purchased markdown product.

Elaine Turner Outlet Policies

Elaine Turner Outlet merchandise may not be returned. Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. Items purchased at an Elaine Turner Outlet may only be exchanged at an Elaine Turner Outlet Store with original receipt.

Items marked Final Sale may not be exchanged at any time. All jewelry sales are final sale.

Elaine Turner Outlet does not honor price adjustments. We will only accept exchanges for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Footwear exchanges must be in the original condition.
