Returns
ElaineTurner.com is happy to accept returns for regular priced, unused items in original condition within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and a return authorization number. Please email customerservice@elaineturner.com to have a return authorization issued to you. Upon receipt of item(s), we will exchange or refund for the full value of the item including taxes. Please note that shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
For any item(s) returned after 30 days of purchase, we will issue an online credit for the full amount of the original purchase for all regular priced, unused items. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items after 60 days of purchase. Also, please note that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Shoe returns and exchanges are not accepted if the footwear has been worn. Upon receipt of returned goods, ElaineTurner.com reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet this requirement.
Your return package
On the front of the original receipt enclosed with your purchase, please record the reason for the return, as well as the return authorization number issued to you. Place your receipt and the return in a secure package. Elaine Turner is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Return policy on sale items
Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.
Exchange policy
We will accept exchanges for any regular priced, unused item in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.
In-Store Returns
Items purchased online may not be returned to the Elaine Turner boutique and must be mailed to the Returns Department address listed below.
Elaine Turner products purchased at other stores:
Elaine Turner products purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Elaine Turner merchandise must be returned to the place of purchase.
