ELAINE TURNER 30-DAY RETURNS
Every time you open a box from us, we want it to be an amazing moment. However, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of delivery for either a full refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, and our return form (which you can download here).
After we receive your merchandise, inspect it, and approve it, we will issue a refund for the value of your purchase plus any sales tax you were charged in your account. We regret that we cannot accept COD returns, nor those received after the 30-day deadline. Please note that shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We ask that you include a copy of this form with your shipment to expedite your refund/exchange process. Once we receive and accept your merchandise, we will send you an email to let you know that the credit has been placed in your account, or that your exchange item has shipped.
